From the Oxnard/Ventura Areas:
•Take the 101 South and EXIT Carmen
Drive. Stay in far left turn lane.
•Make
an immediate LEFT off the freeway.
•Make
another immediate LEFT at the signal and go
over the freeway.
• DO
NOT TURN ON PONDEROSA!!!!
•Stay
on Carmen Drive.
• Make
a RIGHT turn on Las Posas Road.
•Make
a LEFT turn on Ponderosa.
• Turn
RIGHT at the 2nd driveway.

From
the Simi Valley and Moorpark areas:
•Take
Tierra Rejada toward Camarillo.
•Turn LEFT on Moorpark Rd.
•Turn RIGHT on Santa Rosa Rd.
•Turn RIGHT on Upland.
- Upland changes its name to Las Posas Rd.
when it crosses Lewis Rd./Somis Rd.
•Stay on Las Posas Rd. until you see
Ponderosa Dr. and turn RIGHT into the 2nd
driveway.

the Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village, Newbury
Park areas:
•Take the 101 North and EXIT Flynn.
•Continue straight on Flynn for approximately 1 mile.
•Turn LEFT on Adolfo Rd.
•Turn RIGHT on Ponderosa Dr.
•Go across Las Posas Road and turn RIGHT into the 2nd driveway.

Santa Paula:
•Take HWY 126 West toward Ventura.
•Take HWY 118 EXIT toward Saticoy.
•Stay on HWY 118 until you see the sign that says “SOMIS”.
- This is a traffic signal – turn RIGHT. (Another landmark is a yellow
flower
shop on the left side of the road.)
•Stay on this road through Somis until you see Las Posas Road – Turn RIGHT.
•Turn RIGHT on Ponderosa Dr. and turn RIGHT into the 2nd driveway. |

From
Port Hueneme:
•Take Pleasant Valley Road and turn LEFT on Las Posas Road.
•Stay on Las Posas as it turns to the RIGHT (brown church on the corner).
•Do Not go straight up the hill.
•Continue on for approximately 4 miles to Ponderosa Dr North.
•Turn LEFT on Ponderosa Dr North and turn RIGHT at the 2nd driveway. |
